This full interior and exterior remodel touched nearly every surface. Inside, we restored original Saltillo tile, installed new flooring, reworked the entire kitchen and primary suite layouts, and remodeled the jack-and-jill and utility baths. We updated lighting, paint, trim, closets, and cabinets, giving the whole house a fresh feel. Outside, we reimagined the facade, redesigned the pool area, and poured a new patio where a lap pool once stood.
